Effective January 1, 2009, forklift fleets of four (4) or more must comply
with California's stringent emission standards. These standards get
progressively lower in 2011 and in 2013 per the chart below:

4 - 25 Units 3.5* 2.7* 1.9*
26 + Units 3.2* 2.3* 1.5*
*Grams per Kilowatt - Hour of Hydrocarbons & Oxides of Nitrogen
**There are special provisions for Ag Processors and Limited Hour users.
